WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Perform administrative functions for one or more departments
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as handling the mail, typing, filing and answering phones
  • Establish and maintain office files, make appointments and arrange meeting rooms as required
  • Generate and distribute reports, maintain business information, draft correspondence and act as the department contact to internal and external customers

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
