WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Lake Success, NY

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Supervise a team in the Package Billing area
  • Perform regular reviews of procedures and controls utilized within the department to ensure accurate billing
  • Create, design and initiate plans to collect outstanding accounts receivable
  • Develop analytical reviews and audits to verify reasonableness and integrity of accounting data
  • Assist department head with financial reporting analyses
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Assist with interviewing and selecting new employees
  • Train new team members
  • Evaluate employee performance
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as requested by supervisor

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
