WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • This person will be part of a SharePoint upgrade in effort to move from SP 2013 to 2019 (internal & external) and migrate all content over.
  • Will be making title IX app enhancements. Works on the Business Modernization site and Equity Committee site. Handles Cherwell tickets- security, access, break/fix issues.  
  • Ensuring that all sites are up to date for each school and adding new schools as they come online. Works on the suicide prevention app and has the ability to securely attach supporting artifacts (images, documents, videos) 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: 

  • Graphic Design experience 
  • Adobe Photoshop experience and creating imagery for websites. 
  • JavaScript experience- more of a working knowledge of JavaScript to support client-side web page interactivity. 
  • HTML & CSS layout expert preferred
  • This individual should possess expert knowledge and capabilities to lay out and style all web pages. 
  • Experience with responsive/mobile design 
  • Testing/debugging experience, and cross-browser development. 
  • General version control experience 
  • Ability to develop and deliver in-person training (with materials) to groups of 15-30 technically-minded individuals for 60-90 minutes at a stretch. 
  • JQuery experience is a nice to have.
