WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • You will be responsible for managing tax compliance and executing various consulting engagements without supervision
  • You will be involved with all areas of engagements reincluding the management of tax planning and consulting process, coordinating client activities, reviewing work papers and tax returns as well as client presentations
  • You will manage multiple engagements and direct senior staff while supervising and developing team members
  • You will expected to help expand the business and identify new opportunities through networking and client relationships

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a Master’s Degree preferred
  • Active CPA required
  • 5+ years of public accounting experience preferably with Big 4 or larger regional firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership experience with a dynamic personality and business acumen
