WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Cambridge, MA

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Coordinating phone screens and in-person interviews with the HR team as well as individual hiring managers
  • Monitoring candidates during onsite interviews maintaining a strong level of professionalism
  • Posting positions in Applicant Tracking System and to job boards and online platforms
  • Handling all onboarding paperwork including background checks and non-disclosure agreements
  • Managing the background check initiation process and track status of all screenings
  • Managing all applicant tracking in an Application Tracking System (ATS)
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition/HR team in all administrative functions
     

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a role requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with an Application Tracking System (ATS) and the background check process is preferred
  • Previous experience working directly with clients
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast -paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication
