WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Troubleshoots systemic issues, documenting issues and working to resolve problems.
  • Makes observations and recommendations to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards.
  • Administers applications and systems to ensure efficient functioning.
  • Assists with assigned projects or research.
  • Participates in IT Security assessments, risk analysis and reporting
  • Responsible for responding to system administration requests.
  • May require 24/7 on call responsibility

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical IT field.
  • Experience in Beyond Trust Privilege Identity (Enterprise Random Password Manager), ObserveIT and Cisco Web Security Appliance (WSA). Experience in server operating systems Windows 2012/2016 and Linux server, CentOS & Ubuntu. Experience in client operating systems Windows 7 & 10.
  • Broad knowledge of Information Technology field and computer systems.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  • Logical, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must display initiative, ability to work independently.
