THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor's degree is a MUST
  • 5 to 7 years of payroll, tax and compliance experience
  • 5 years of experience in ADP
  • Enterprise 5 years in time reporting experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables, and Macros
  • Should have experience managing large payroll populations, 5,000 or above
  • Team Player
  • Must have a thorough understanding of payroll and payroll tax and time and labor rules and government regulations
