WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Role will focus on the ongoing management of the TFS/B2B public website portfolio that includes messaging and content updates, governance and maintenance across plan sponsor, consultant, TEPS, advisor, PlanFocus and Business Edge
  • Partner with marketing, digital and sales partners to support the development and delivery of professional, consistent messaging and experiences that promote sales and cross-sell opportunities through multiple institutional websites
  • Support the development and execution of the Account Based Marketing strategy initiatives that will require website page creation in partnership with working team
  • Help ensure website is SEO enabled to help cultivate organic search and traffic to the website channels
  • Lead rapid response execution for multiple B2B websites for situations where it is required to make same-day updates in response to urgent communication needs (i.e. new regulatory legislation)
  • Communicate deliverables and schedules to marketing business partners and proactively follow up as needed to ensure deadlines and expectations are met
  • Provide a consistent, professional client experience across multiple website channels
  • Ensure tracking codes and tagging are applied for measurement, analytics and reporting 
  • Design and manage content roadmap strategy documents for planning and audit purposes 
  • Manage ongoing governance process for full portfolio of websites ensuring webpages and content are updated and in compliance
  • Initiate projects and manage the end-to-end production process for website and digital projects via the Marketing Hub tool and the Admaster compliance review systems
  • Apply company brand standards, products, services, and strategic initiatives across multiple website and digital channels
  • Partner with appropriate areas for quality control and testing to ensure flawless execution  

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services, with experience in retirement plan marketing (administration and product areas)
  • Experience with digital marketing and best practices
  • Experience with B2B and B2C across both plan sponsors and plan participants highly desired 
  • Ability to understanding customer journeys, personas, product capabilities, and key decision points in order to create flawless, simple, and sustainable digital experiences 
  • Proven agility in developing partnerships across many levels and functions of an organization 
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills (including PowerPoint and Excel) required
  • Self-starter, with strong attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines and fluid environments
