  • This role will work across multiple business areas to support the day-to-day operations and administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs. 
  • The primary focus is will be championing consistent continuous process improvement by proactive HR planning, tools development, team coordination and reporting activities for HR Business Partners in order to ensure seamless delivery of HR services. 
  • Additionally, this position will support the team’s analytic activities, which include developing spreadsheets, creating illustrative PowerPoint presentations, importing and analyzing data within excel, tracking the status of multiple projects, and building reports and presentation materials. 
  • Assist with day to day HR questions and requests from clients in regards to policies, etc. and track these activities.
  • Researches complex questions and challenges on behalf of the HRBP team, presents ways to resolve and communicates/leads resolution efforts
  • Responsible for the composition and distribution of the HR Bulletin; weekly source for HR deliverables and deadlines.
  • Contribute to and add HR guidance and direction as needed/appropriate on bi-weekly adjudication calls by weighing the risks associated with candidate’s applying for licensed roles.
  • Assist the research and/or escalation of escalated issues at point of inquiry to Tier 2 to obtain resolution and follow-up with the manager, employee or HR partner
  • Manage the timeline and reporting for the IAS PM process to ensure business deadlines are met. Weekly reports are distributed to RMDs. 
  • Support managers in preparing and reviewing PM documents to ensure proper documentation.
  • Support unemployment claims process for the enterprise
  • Partner closely with HR COEs to ensure HR initiatives are identified and effectively communicated to the broader HR Business Partner community.
  • Ability to appropriately influence HR Business Partners to drive for consistency and uniformity in the resolution of complex company-wide challenges.
  • Champion consistent policies, procedures and planning processes for communications and related issues management.
  • Identifies and shares best practices from and to the broader HR Business Partner community.
  • Synthesizes information from multiple sources to contribute to the solution of a problem across multiple business areas.
  • Proactively engage on multiple projects, commitments and assignments to assist in driving to completion


Required Skills:                                                                                           

  • 3+ years of analytic or HR experience required
  • Expert Level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven project management skills, which include the ability to develop customized project management tools for consistent use across multiple partners.

Desired Skills:                                                                                           

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
