WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Works with the TIAA managed account product management and product development teams supporting both innovation and BAU initiatives
  • Authoring detailed business requirements for managed account and brokerage initiatives technology, operational, and regulatory initiatives
  • Proactively engaging with business partners to identify potential issues, options, and solutions
  • Light project management and project status reporting
  • Analytical research of new subject matter to develop and present options necessary to make informed business decision

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Experience developing business requirements for projects within a brokerage environment, including technology implementations/integrations, compliance considerations, managed account infrastructure, and change management initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within financial services, ideally brokerage and/or managed accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or analytical field
  • Effective, clear oral and written communication
  • Must be self-starter who is hungry to learn
