WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

As the Administrative Assistant in the Legal department, you will provide support to the Senior Legal Executive and partner with other professionals to achieve strategic and business targets. 

  • Plan and arrange travel itineraries; manage schedules
  • Process expenses
  • Arrange various internal and external events 
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling the meeting facilities and taking care of resulting follow-up activities 
  • Communicate professionally with leadership, team members and other departments 
  • Commit to process excellence by ensuring the proper, efficient and accurate use of processes 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 1 year of administrative support experience 
  • Knowledge of multiple administrative disciplines  
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining confidential materials and information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience as a Paralegal or in a corporate legal environment
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to support tasks of moderate complexity which require discretion and independent judgment 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience making travel arrangements   
  • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision, maintain confidentiality when appropriate,
