WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Partner with senior leadership to implement key strategic objectives, including owning the ERP implementation the company will be rolling out during this fiscal year to drive insight and automation.
  • Prepare financial and business analysis and research operating performance, profitability analysis, expense management, and working capital.
  • Generate reports, dashboards and data models. Perform research and provide results and findings. Analyze existing reporting processes and streamline.
  • Prepare financial modeling related to growth, productivity, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Compilation and analysis of annual consolidated budgets, forecasts, and monthly business performance.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial planning, forecasting, analytics, and reporting to include monthly performance, quarterly rolling forecasts, and annual operating plans.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks as needed or assigned.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. Masters degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience across multiple finance, accounting, and/or business roles.
  • Experience with project management and/or ERP implementations.
  • Experience in business intelligence tools.
  • Highest standards of accuracy, precision, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.
