WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • You will support the company's largest division to monitor controls and analyze financials providing business case justification to improve the overall control environment
  • You will utilized reconciliation tools to pull reports and ensure compliance, monitoring transactions and related control tasks
  • You will act as the SOX "coach" for the business with responsibility for quarterly presentations 
  • You will offer backup support to the internal audit team for special projects

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 3+ years of professional experience with exposure to audit and financial accounting
  • Public accounting experience and CPA/CMA preferred
  • Strong systems experience with working knowledge of SAP or PeopleSoft and advanced Excel capabilities
