WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

• Oversee all real estate and property accounting for over 25 commercial properties
• Generate annual budgets and cash flow analysis on all developments.
• Manage all year end processes which include coordination with CPA firm
• Responsible for all development projects accounting processes.
• Maintain company tax recorder and asset management/distribution schedules

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related discipline
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within real estate/property management
• Ability to work efficiently in both an independent and collaborative environment
• Ability to manage various projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication
