  • Supports Sales team mission that all sellers are equipped with knowledge, skills, processes and behaviors to maximize and optimize buyer interactions.
  • Executes training programs on Salesforce, territory planning, sales excellence and sales processes.
  • Creates training and manages documentation for all internal corporate training needs.
  • Makes a direct impact on the success of the sales function, planning, designing and facilitating all programs.
  • Monitors quantitative data, measurement and metrics and applies to forthcoming initiatives..

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
  • 3+ of experience in sales, sales operations, consulting, in a technical concentration or environment 
  • Professional and polished communicator and public speaker
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (or comparable CRM such as MS Dynamics 365, Hubspot, Pipedrive)
  • Experience working with international teams
