LOCATION:

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), to create and maintain Lists, Data Extensions and update lists and create segmentation groups and track emails and develop relevant reports and dashboards.
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create journeys using Journey Builder and sync data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and back.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize customer solutions.
  • Provide support to sales team and management group with the ability to understand the sales cycle and challenges they are facing. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Complete rigorous QA checks on every change made within the Marketing Cloud Org.
  • Collaborate and train other team members.
