WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Responsible for working directly with franchisees on individual objectives
  • Works with franchisees on effective marketing programs 
  • Effectively manages the franchisee's annual ad agreement including forecasting annual earnings and recommending necessary spend to achieve business goals 
  • Identifies specific business or financial improvement opportunities and develop action plans to help reach objectives
  • Utilize analytic and benchmark tools to establish and track progress against KPIs
  • Travel: 60% 

HOW YOU QUALIFY:

  • Associate's in Business or Marketing or an equivalent combination of industry experience and education 
  • Working knowledge of media and marketing budgets and P&L 
  • Experience in consultative sales and advertising 
  • Project management experience is a plus
