• Submitting and reviewing background checks utilizing online portal and HRIS/ATS Systems
• Meeting online and in-person engaging New Hires during Onboarding
• Processing I-9s and onboarding paperwork
• Draft & post job descriptions
• Updating training manuals
• Provide assistance and input on various HR related projects
• Ensuring all documents are in compliance with Client requests and government regulations.
• Compile lists of information in MS Excel
• Support Staffing Managers and Executive Recruiters with projects such as but not limited to, creating Organizational Charts, resume preps, industry trends, client company industries, reviewing and submitting reports and audits.
• Attend Company and division meetings
• Back up to phones as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ability to take feedback and seek direction quickly
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly Detail Oriented

• Strong oral and written communication skills
