WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Conducts the pre-boarding, onboarding and new hire orientation process. This includes: scheduling orientation sessions and working with hiring managers to provide tools and training.
  • Conducts full cycle recruiting for roles across the organization, using creative tactics to stay competitive.
  • Acts as payroll coordinator, supporting the function and auditing changes and updates as needed in a biweekly process 
  • Maintain and manage data entry for HRIS, LMS, Sharepoint sites.
  • Upholds compliance with federal, state and occupational regulations 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Thrives in fast paced and highly regulated environments.
  • Experience managing time sensitive and confidential information
