WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Work with the Sr. Recruiter to develop a Sourcing plan based on roles assigned.
  • Proactively source candidates and build applicant flow
  • Initiate and sustain a rigorous outbound contact-attempt tempo with prospective candidates
  • Deliver the sourcing plan for an assigned portfolio of roles
  • Partner with Sr. Recruiter to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are appropriately assessed
  • Maintain communication with Sr. Recruiter and candidates during the sourcing process
  • Responsible for being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure they are effectively pre-screened
  • Qualify candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral-based approach, and screening criteria.
  • Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the Brass Ring Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • AIRS certification preferred
  • 4+ years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required with proven success in utilizing a range of direct sourcing tools
  • 1-2 years + prior experience in a large Corporate HR/Recruiting environment
  • 1-2 years + prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment (20-30 requisitions at a given time)
  • 1-2 years + prior experience in the staffing industry preferred
  • General knowledge of technology (ATS, Boolean search logic, social media, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques and methodologies
  • 1-2 years + prior experience and clear understanding of recruitment full life-cycle process preferred.
  • Working within a team environment and ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance is essential
