WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Under general direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruiter is responsible for working closely with Sr Recruiters and/or hiring managers to fill current job openings by researching, sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidates.
  • Collaborates with HR departments to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties qualifications and skills required to fill vacant positions.
  • Sources and Initiates contact with potential candidates for specific job openings.
  • Assists application reviews and applicant interviews to obtain work history, education training, job skills, and salary requirements to
  • Schedules interviews with potential and qualified candidates for specific job openings.
  •  Writes and places job advertising in various media; coordinates internal job postings; utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and potential candidates.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Experience with corporate functions – Sales, IT, Finance, Marketing, Communications, etc.
  • Excellent consultative skills in recruiting support
  • Ability to build strong relationships, strong written, verbal, interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of recruiting principles and best practices
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills; attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others implementing HR staffing processes strategies and programs
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
