WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Reconcile deposit operations general ledger and internal checking accounts
  • Monitor special accounts
  • Regulatory reporting
    • Review REG D violations and issue client communications
    • Process abandoned property
    • Process B-notice list from IRS and issue client communication
    • Review and submit interest on attorney trust accounts
  • Respond to atm / visa account disputes and adjustments
  • Bank control change
    • Complete all weekly certificate of deposit rate changes
  • Maintain bank operations
  • Maintains client confidence and protects bank operations
  • Contribute to team effort
