Job Description: This position is a sales support role to our Partner, Division Directors and Recruiters. The position offers a variety of work with no two days the same. It requires a self-starter who is proactive to keep the team abreast of projects and work load. “No job too small” or “no job too big” attitude needed. This role could advance into other areas of the company or grow in scope of responsibility.

• Research target companies and existing clients utilizing databases such as Business Wise and LinkedIn
• Pulling keyword target resumes for recruiters to research and prepare for job orders
• Executing references on lower level candidates in compliance with the process
• Preparing resumes on company letterhead for proper presentation to clients
• Creating research targets in LinkedIn for Recruiters with shared folders on keywords
• Assisting recruiters with Hot List clean up per discipline
• Scheduling Interview Preps for recruiters with selected candidates
• Sending candidates Interview Preparation kits via email with interview information
• Coordinate “Meet Up’s” for Divisional needs 
• Adding contacts in Sendouts
• Coordinating company and client appreciation events at restaurants, venues etc.
• Sending thank you notes and company marketing correspondence
• Personal needs of Partners as needed – car wash, ordering food for training, returning items on line
• Updating target lists, cross functional discipline lists in MS Excel
• Back up to phones as needed 


• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum of 1+ years of professional work experience, ideally in customer service or a sales environment. We can teach staffing we would like to add a "creative" to the team!

• Openness to New Experiences/Inquisitiveness - possess a natural curiosity, creativity, desire to learn, and a hungry mind.

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly polished and professional atmosphere.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.

• Excellent business acumen and research skills are critical.

• Proven negotiation and presentation skills; ability to persuade and influence decision makers.

• Effective at presenting and excellent relationship building skills.
