WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Right outside Uptown Charlotte with close access to highways
  • This position requires your own transportation as this does involve driving to community meetings

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Reporting to the CIO this position will handle 8-12 critical projects to the business
  • Projects are functional in nature but require understanding of various business functions and IT applications; Salesforce Roll out, Customer Personas, Internal Communications, Event/Fundraising, and HR Systems
  • Facilitating meetings with key leaders, board members and community stakeholders to drive completion and adoption of projects.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • At least eight years of project management experience
  • Experience creating and delivering professional presentations to large and small groups
  • Able to identify and communicate solutions to complex, time-critical issues
  • Practice a balanced use of interpersonal, critical thinking, investigative, technical, and analytical skills
  • Translate plans/policies into specific goals, action plans, and deliverables
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); intermediate knowledge of Visio, SharePoint Online, and Office 365
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
