  • Work with cross disciplinary teams including engineering, design,  procurement, operations, finance and customers to implement growth initiatives, as well as execute  successful new product launches
  • Lead products to market, strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial drive and an innovative mindset.
  • Focuses on details of value creation, i.e; value based pricing, continual cost improvement,

identifying profitable new business opportunities and market analysis

  • Sells the value of products and influence customer’s decision to purchase
  • Determines and implements strategic and/or tactical plans to win profitable new business
  • Be the main point of contact for the customer 
  • Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  • Liaises with the appropriate personnel within the logistics chain to organize and expedite shipments, purchase orders, and repair orders.
  • Reviews and negotiate contract terms and conditions
  • Prepares cost estimates by studying technical documents, data, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers and other professional and technical personnel. 
  • Develops forecasts for the product line and key new products; leads cross  functional problem solving when performance is not meeting targets 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 4 year college degree (technical degree preferred but not essential) or related expereince 
  • 5 years minimum related experience   
  • Experience with increasing responsibilities 
  • Broad business knowledge preferred: sales, engineering, finance and operatio
  • Aerospace or Industrial experience preferred
