WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Palo Alto, California

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Design, delivery and manage cutting edge Pilates Reformer  programs that excite and encourage members to participate.

  • Recruit and hire creative, enthusiastic and educated instructors

  • Conduct performance evaluations on Reformer Instructors

  • Support and facilitate continuing education by making staff aware of upcoming local events and encouraging groups of staff to participate in these events, as well as promoting certifications and specialty certifications to help grow and develop instructor versatility.   

  •  Meet or exceed the Pilates business plan, monthly budget, and revenue goals

  • Maintain Pilates classes and client base

  • Attend monthly management meetings

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

Required Qualifications:

  • Current nationally recognized Fitness Certification

  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification

  • At least one year of management, or assistant management experience

Preferred:

  • Must demonstrate knowledge in programming Pilates program
  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are essential

  • Superior customer service skills

  • Proficient with computer skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
