  • Verify employee time and pay data submitted for accuracy and completeness; returns questions/issues to HR for review and resubmission
  • Enter new employee data and update existing employee data in ADP
  • Answer payroll and special pay allowance questions
  • Enter and process garnishments imposed by federal or state entities
  • Identify gaps in controls; assist in resolution of issues identified

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 2+ years of payroll experience
  • Experience with ADP payroll processing system preferred
  • Shared service center experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools and payroll/timekeeping software applications
