WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Compile time and payroll data for completeness and accuracy; including but not limited to: garnishments, time off, deductions, 401(k), etc.
  • Work with department managers regarding any outstanding items related to payroll.
  • Process advice to pay related to Short Term Disability.
  • Process weekly, semi-monthly, monthly commission, bonus and other off cycle payrolls using ADP Vantage. 
  • Compile timely and accurate internal reports
  • Prepare and distribute timely and accurate labor and statistical reports.
  • Produce timely and accurate ad-hoc reporting as requested
  • Preparation of all garnishments and lien

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of ADP experience
  • ADP Vantage experience a plus
