THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in HR, Behavioral Science, or Business Administration
  • 4+ years of Organizational Design, Change Management, Learning and Development or related required, in healthcare preferred
  • CPLP, Procsi Change Management training or certification preferred
  • Experience with Sharepoint Technology
