  • Manages entirety of HRIS, including an HRIS Administrator who directly reports
  • Collaborates with IT and HR Business Partners to maximize system efficiencies 
  • Partners with 3rd party and system vendors to deliver technology oslutions and identify system integration points
  • Ensure data compliance and accuracy

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 6+ years of HR Application/ HRIS areas within a full lifecycle
  • Vendor management experience
  • Experience in shared services preferred
