  • Create tracker that supports detailed project financial tracking and management, including using a recommended financial tracker that provides a detailed view to the project budget, forecasted spend, committed and legally obligated dollars, forecast-to-end projection and variance through project closure
  • Work with service management to support financial requirements for ITSD Enterprise projects
  • Gather information, provide analysis, and/or generate reports on spending for project and program managers, including detail reporting on purchase orders management
  • Prepare for project closeout
  • Validate final monthly charges have posted
  • Validate ChangePoint entries for internal resourcing have posted and locking project
  • Zero out all purchase orders
  • Capitalize assets
  • Close the AR
  • Assist with Asset Management at the direction of the Project Manager
  • Create project charters under the guidance of the Project Manager or Program Lead.
  • Create ARs under the guidance of the Project Manager or Program Lead
  • Enter ChangePoint project allocations for technical resourcing
  • Develop internal project communication under the guidance of the project manager or program lead
  • Maintain the project repository
  • Schedule meetings, handle logistics, and take notes
  • Create project communications including status reports, presentations, meeting minutes based on information provided by Project Managers or Program Lead
  • Arrange logistics for meetings, training, etc.
  • Coordinate project plan(s)
  • Monitor and report project statuses and project communication
  • Update work plans
  • Maintain quality, timeliness and results
  • Meet customer and PMO expectations


  • 2 year degree and a strong finance background required
  • Strong financial background
  • Advanced computer skills - Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project/Visio
  • Adjust well to change and enjoy challenges of a new problem or situation
