WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Responsible for the effective acquisition, installation, maintenance, and use of desktop technology
  • Represent bridge between technology and business needs
  • Resolve problems with new and existing equipment
  • Administer end user requests and projects
  • Coordinate resources to solve problems
  • Learn and apply a basic knowledge in one skill area
  • Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope
  • Follow specific, detailed instructions
  • Contribute to the completion of routine technical tasks
  • Contact with immediate supervisor, project leaders and other professionals in the section or group
