  • The IT Business Analyst (Mid-Level) is the liaison between IT and stakeholders
  • Identify and document stakeholder needs, provide business requirements for technical implementation, and oversee the implementation of solutions that meet and/or exceed expectations.
  • Coordinate projects with business teams, stakeholders, IT, and external vendors
  • Perform Gap Analysis to find gaps in the solutions
  • Partner with the Enterprise Project Manager office on project requests
  • Organize applications into an understandable format
  • Gather, translate, and document requirements
  • Create BRDs, workflows, cross-functional diagrams
  • Create test plans, test scripts, and assist in system testing
  • Help the team transform to a more of an Agile environment


  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst gathering requirements and creating documentation to rollout solutions across the multiple divisions
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator coordinating projects with business teams, stakeholders, IT, and external vendors
  • Experience integrating new systems into the corporate environment, and configuring the system to meet the business needs
  • Understand how applications work, understand integration points, and work closely with the Business team, Systems Analysts, ETL Developers, and Implementation Partners
  • Ability to integrate data with applications, data migration, data mapping
  • Ability to be nimble in a fast-moving environment
  • Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a web-based and/or software development environment
