WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Manage the purchase order creation process for all purchases of Indirect Services / Items
  • Serve as a liaison between internal business unit owners, suppliers, and AP/AR team, with regards to requisitions and purchase orders
  • Lead the creation / set-up of new item #’s within the ERP system (Oracle)
  • Support new supplier set-ups within the ERP system (Oracle)
  • Collaboration with cross functional teams from Operations, Marketing, IT, HR, Accounting/Finance, and Franchisees to ensure successful implementation of Indirect Sourcing initiatives
  • Provide administrative and tactical support for new shop openings and acquisitions
  • Provide financial and spend analysis on special projects as needed
  • Ability to work under limited supervision to complete complex assignments that meet deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • B.S. Degree is required
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Mgt.
  • Advanced skills in data collection, analysis and creative problem solving
  • Excellent Project Management and Communication skills
  • Strong People and Change Management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication, organizational, time management and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence and work in a cross functional team environment
  • Highly proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
