WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Responsible for provisioning and deprovisioning users to applications and systems.
  • Complete MACDs for user provisioning and deprovisioning process following  guidelines.
  • Communicate with users and managers for all identity and access needs
  • Assist with annual preparation of budgets and quarterly forecasting
  • Document all MACDs and communication using ITSM
  • Follow security and access policies for approvals for access
  • Technologies for provisioning include MS: Active Directory, Exchange, CRM, O365 and others including AS400/Wynne, Cherwell I

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 2+ years professional experience with Active Directory, exchange mailbox provisioning, AS400, or other access systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in job execution
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal customer service and communication skills
  • Certified Microsoft Professional (Preferred)
