WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Responsible for providing tactical and strategic support to the management of the HRIS
  • Acts as liaison between HR and IT teams to ensure system is working efficiently aligned with business objectives
  • Communicates and collaborates on best practices and innovative solutions to maximize us of the HRIS
  • Functions as subject matter expert regarding all processes and system requirements (workflows, security, reporting, integrations)
  • Owns and manages talent and compensation related projects 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, IT, HR Management or similar field
  • 3+ years experience in HRIS, including configuration, implementation and day-to-day management 
  • Experience with Ultipro is preferred
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented
