WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

- Supports Employee Engagement survey, data collection, tracking and reporting.
- Manage multiple projects across all of Talent Management, including Talent Development, Performance Management, HRIS and Talent Acquisition
- Prioritizes deadlines and activities that affect the entire HR function
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
- 3+ years in fast paced, detail oriented HR administration or office administration.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skill set, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent detail orientation and organization skills
