• Supports Employee Engagement survey, data collection, tracking and reporting.
• Manage multiple projects across all of Talent Management, including Talent Development, Performance Management, HRIS and Talent Acquisition 
• Prioritizes deadlines and activities that affect the entire HR function

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in fast paced, detail oriented HR administration or office administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skill set, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent detail orientation and organization skills
