WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, issues & risk log, and open items list
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Updating our Project SharePoint Site
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Updating and streamlining our Excel Portfolio list.
  • Create Project Templates

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5 + years’ of related field experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Project Professional, PowerPoint
  •  Ability to work on tight deadlines and in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
