WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Ownership of Form 10-K, 10-Q and other SEC documents for organization
  • Perform advanced quarterly and monthly account reconciliations, internal audit procedures, and assist in financial consolidations of multiple business units
  • Prepare intercompany reconciliations, debt rollforward, intangibles rollforward, etc
  • Prepare analysis of P&L items related to corporate expenses
  • Conduct the company's quarterly GAAP and SEC audit checklists
  • Research and document accounting policies in accordance with US GAAP
  • Additional ad hoc and special projects as needed

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 4+ years of accounting experience including public accounting and/or public company experience
  • Master's Degree or CPA preferred but not required
  • Ability to collaborate and work independently at a high level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management
  • Go-getter mindset and possesses a sense of urgency
