WHAT YOU WILL DO:

•                     Responsible for cost accounting activities; cost of sales, cost of unit produced, product margins and productivity analyses

•                     Perform timely comprehensive month end closing activities

•                     Provides financial analysis related to capital projects, cost reduction, and other initiatives as required

•                     Partner with plant controllers to prepare and report monthly financials, forecasts and budgets.

•                     Provides budget and forecast support for OFC/OSPC divisional processes

•                     Analyze and report global plant operational and accounting metrics

•                     Develop new tools and processes to automate and streamline global plant performance vs budget targets.

•                     Drives process improvement

•                     Other Ad hoc plant and division level projects and activities

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

•                     Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Accounting/Finance required; MBA and/or CPA/CMA preferred

•                     3+ Accounting/Finance experience, preferably Manufacturing/Cost

•                     Proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint, general ledger systems & forecasting tools

•                     Ability to analyze; interpret data and link to business implications
