WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Keene, NH

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Provides analysis of key financial factors to support proposal preparation, government audit support and contract negotiations and billings.
  • Respond to questions regarding quotes and proposals from sales managers, program managers, engineering and customers.
  • Manage the quotes and proposal process for proposals that both exceed and do not exceed the TINA threshold.
  • Gather critical information, perform and provide analysis, and generate reports and proposals for program managers, department supervisors and customers.
  • Accumulate actual cost and generate monthly billings for government cost reimbursable contracts.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Associates degree, Bachelor’s preferred
  • Understands the proposal process and how it supports a business
  • Inside sales/customer service experience a plus
  • Experience with PeopleSoft and/or Epicor databases or similar
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
