WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Manages executive's schedule, exercises judgment, professionalism and tact.
  • Handles highly sensitive information, complex and confidential in nature in a competent and professional manner.
  • Facilitates meeting preparation (scheduling, agenda and supporting document creation, coordinate meeting space set-up including technology connectivity) and meeting execution including taking detailed meeting minutes.
  • Works with the Marketing team to support the CEO with preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders, as needed, drafting and editing written memoranda, talking points, letters, and other internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Coordinates all travel arrangements and logistics for meetings and conferences, to include flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Coordinates logistics for the quarterly board of directors and advisory board meetings.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business (preferred) 
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive 
  • Experience dealing with confidential and proprietary information
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Highly productive with ability to meet strict deadlines
