WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT: 

  • Provide assistance to C-Suite level Executives including CEO 
  • Handle all travel coordinating including flights, hotel and rentals
  • Manage heavy volume bookings and calendar including scheduling meetings and calls as necessary 
  • Act as a gatekeeper for CEO by answering and screening calls and visitors, and relaying appropriate messages
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: 

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • No prior Executive Assistant experience needed
  • High Energy candidate looking to gain experience in a Corporate setting
  • Highly trustworthy as role entails access to confidential information
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
  • Self-starter and well-organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of urgency
  • Great attention to detail
  • Technology experience: Microsoft Office Suite
