WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining best practices to outline standard operating procedures and processes 
  • Spearheads training platforms to ensure all account managers can effectively deliver all financial and operational assessments of the business 
  • Leads all initiatives related to store design and merchandising including vendor selection, inventory management and budget maintenance 
  • Directs franchise on-boarding procedures which include approving store funds and brand standards 
  • Manages and approved showroom merchandise for all franchises 

HOW YOU QUALIFY:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent working experience 
  • Working knowledge in the tire and/or automotive industry 
  • 10+ years of experience in training and development within mid to large organizations
