  • Responsible for establishing and directing all sales and marketing functions
  • Plans, organizes, directs, controls and provides the leadership to achieve the objectives in the commercial & defense aerospace segments
  • Determines product needs and services, defines the market demand and sector, determining customer requirements and communication of these requirements clearly and accurately.
  • Responsible for the annual business plan development along with the new business & pricing plans
  • Manages, evaluates, and develops the marketing, sales, and product support staff.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 4 year college degree
  • MBA preferred
  • Sales, engineering, finance and operations knowledge
  • Industrial experience preferred
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
