WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • You will lead a large manufacturing finance team across multiple locations in North Carolina and Virginia 
  • You will be responsible for all capital projects within the plants and will monitor project expenses, forecasting and budget to actual performance
  • You will oversee the month end close and subsequent reporting to provide further insight on such items as production volume, standard cost updates, capital variance, etc
  • You will manage a 12-18 month rolling manufacturing forecast 
  • You will work closely with external auditors 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or accounting
  • CPA, CMA and/or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or distribution with extensive cost accounting and strategic planning experience
  • Excellent technical skills with advanced Excel capabilities required and SAP experience preferred
