WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

  • Produce customer centric email campaigns

  • Follow email production from start to finish on campaigns on strict timelines while never falling below best-in-industry standards

  • Collaborate on initiatives to both grow and retain the registered user database and overall audience

  • Take charge of the program’s email calendar, including promotions, events and happenings

  • Work on marketing list segmentation, verify testing programs, partner with third-party Email Service Provider (Marketo), upload files, troubleshoot issues

  • Hands on with Marketo and CRM to create and implement automated campaign work flows

  • Ability to produce consumers from viewers

  • Identify and participate in strategy on additional opportunities for digital media marketing

  • Supervise part-time team member and intern

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED: 

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Comfortable creating and working in customer email templates – using hand-coded HTML

  • Proficient working in Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Dreamweaver and Photoshop

  • Deep understanding of customer experience and customer relationship management objectives and programs

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically; turning consumer behavior data into effective strategies and results

  • Presents self in professional manner and have ability to interact with all levels of organization and outside contacts

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortability presenting to senior leadership

  • Strong in Microsoft suite
