WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Takes orders from customers and representatives.
  • Quoting prices, inventory levels, and delivery dates.
  • Maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares status reports.
  • Position acts as a liaison between customer and business in expedition orders.
  • Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
  • May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other personnel.
