WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Process new customer credit applications, including analyzing current credit data and financial statements of individuals to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit.
  • Collect on customers' accounts, both past due and proactive collections.
  • Identify, research, and distribute disputed invoices to ensure all issues are resolved.
  • Process Bond and Letter of Credit applications for customers as necessary. 
  • Recommend accounts for bad debt provision and/or third party collections.
  • Handle all incoming communication from customers regarding their invoices, including documenting communication appropriately. 

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including B2B collection experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience
  • Prior SAP experience is preferred
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiating, problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational and flexibility
