WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Assigning individual responsibilities, enforcing accountability, develop and maintaining schedule to ensure timely completion of the conversion
  • Work directly with other project leads, business partners – audit, legal, fund administration, relationship management and marketing – and vendors to deliver successful implementation and manage scope
  • Execute the tasks as defined in the project plan
  • Communicate the project plan and ensure a common understanding by setting expectations to align stakeholders and team members.
  • Implement approved actions and workarounds to mitigate project risks in order to minimize the impact on the conversion

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 10 years relevant business and industry knowledge
  • Experience with transfer agency functions including record keeping, print and web services
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) and sound decision making skills
  • Experience leading and participating in technical and cross-functional projects
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
